Four UCSI University architecture students secured the opportunity to design a pivotal section of the new sales gallery for Circadia @ Belfield, a significant high-rise residential project worth over RM1 billion. The winning team, named 'Blend', received not only the chance to showcase their talents on a prominent KL project but also a cash prize of RM3,000. Organized by UCSI's School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE) in collaboration with Eupe Corporation Berhad, the competition saw teams developing designs for Circadia's Sales Gallery community space based on a provided brief. Eupe aims to launch the Circadia project by the end of the year, with the Sales Gallery to be constructed in the coming months. The initiative, which aligns with Eupe's commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering innovative design solutions, reflects a fruitful collaboration between academia and industry.
