We are so excited to announce that Eupe won three awards last night for Est8 @ Seputeh at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2023:

1. Best High-Rise Interior Design

2. Best High-End High-Rise Development (Central)

3. Best High-Rise Development (Malaysia)

This comes as a follow-up to Parc3’s win at the same awards last year as the High Rise Development of the Year – underlining our continual improvements with each subsequent project and how we strive to share more value with our buyers.

Est8 will go on to represent Malaysia against other Asian developments at the Asia Property Award Grand Finals in December.
