Seri Astana is a comprehensive township encompassing 650 acres
along the Eastern Bypass in Sungai Petani, Kedah Darul Aman.
Comprising 6,000 units of mainly residential properties, the
development is divided into 5 parcels. The 1,200 units of Parcel
A, launched in 16 December 2004, sold out within a year. Parcel
B was launched to great fanfare on 6 November 2005.
The mainly tropical homes, to blend into the natural landscape
of the site, will intersperse with themed play parks. A unique
landscape feature will be the presence of longan trees, sourced
from the Group’s longan plantation. Designated locations
for commercial complexes and commercial centres will centralise
business activities, whilst plots have been allocated for primary,
secondary and pre-school, as well as institutions to provide
ample education opportunities within the locality.
The show village is currently open for viewing 7 days a week,
from 10.00am to 7.00pm.
