Eupe Corporation Berhad today announced that the Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr Ng Kee Chye, would step down from his current position in July 2023.

Eupe’s Group Managing Director, Dato’ Beh Huck Lee, said Mr Ng had expressed his intention to retire from the company after eight years in the CFO role.

Dato’ Beh said in order to ensure a smooth transition, Mr Ng will remain as CFO until July 2023 when the Group plans to have appointed his successor.

“The company wishes to thank him for his years of contributing to the Group during a time of significant change and expansion for Eupe,” Dato’ Beh said.

“His contributions include the ongoing development of igorous control and reporting structures, his important contribution to shaping the strategic direction of the company, as well as successfully managing the company’s financial resources to meet the funding requirements of the Group’s expansion strategy.”

Dato’ Beh said: “The successful rollout of the Group’s KL projects, as well as the positive financial outcomes of the company’s expansion strategy, owes much to the financial focus and governance systems Mr Ng has developed and overseen.”
