SITE SUPERVISOR

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent. |

Preferably with 2-3 years’ site experience |

Knowledge of survey equipment |

Effective communication and interpersonal skills |

SAFETY AND HEALTH SUPERVISOR

To take charge of safety and health aspects on site |
| • |
Must be recognized as a safety and health supervisor with DOSH/JKKP |

Must be familiar with safety and environmental procedures of related statutory bodies |

Minimum 2 years’ experience |
MARKETING EXECUTIVES/SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVES

3-5 years experience for senior executives |
| • |
Able to work independently as well as in a team |

Creative, motivated and proactive |
| • |
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese an advantage) |

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Responsible for heading the financial management of the Group, analysis of the Group's performance and advising the Board on investment decisions, budgets, etc. |

Have a recognized degree in Accounting and Professional Accounting |

Qualifications (minimum MIA or equivalent) |
| • |
Have an excellent understanding of financial and management accounting, reporting, financial instruments and the business scenario as a whole |
| • |
Have at least 5 years working experience in a similar position |
| • |
Knowledge in corporate finance |

SPM/Form Five |
