Via its subsidiaries, the Group manages some of the properties it has developed to further enhance the value they provide. Its office complex, Wisma Ria, rents out office space under EUPE Realty Sdn Bhd. One of the few office complexes in the state with an abundance of car parks, Wisma Ria is also one of the recipients of the Kedah State Landscape Awards (2001) for Private Complexes. A wet and dry market as well as food complexes are managed by Pasar Taman Ria Sdn Bhd, Ria Food Centre Sdn Bhd and Ria Plaza Sdn Bhd.
