The property development arm of the Group has its forte in township planning and development. Depending on the size of the project, these developments come with markets, shophouses, commercial complexes, schools, landscaped parks, places of worship and eating outlets to provide value and convenience to the house buyers. Planning for a completely self contained township is integral to all developments.

Until today, the Group still manages many of these complexes, one of which houses the first privately owned and managed markets in the country.
