The Group's civil engineering and construction arm, under the subsidiary Riacon Sdn Bhd; was incorporated to provide a complete construction package, from the commencement of the earthworks, to the completion of all the infrastructure.

Its certifications include:
Class A Contractor, Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor, Kementerian Pembangunan Usahawan G7 Contractor, Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia

MS ISO 9001:2000, Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. This is a testament to its drive to continuously improve its internal management system and assures its clients of a consistent quality standard for its projects.
