Was attached to Aima Development Sdn Bhd which was responsible for the development of City Plaza in Alor Setar prior to joining the Group. Attended two out of two board meetings in the financial year. No conflict of interest with the Group and is the son of Dato’ Tajudin bin Haji Hashim. Is also a director of Betaj Holdings Sdn Bhd, a major shareholder of the Company. Has not been convicted of offences within the past ten years.
